Binary 3 - Memories
Lead, steel, 3D scan data, NFT videos.
The work consists in 82 lead sculptures, as many as the lead [Pb] atomic number, and their 3D scan data visualization NFTs.
All the sculptures were made with the same 2 sheets of lead, therefore when one form was created, the previous one was destroyed.
The creative process was strictly following the atoms' structure flow.
Before being destroyed, each sculpture has been 3D scanned and preserved through a NFT video with its 3D data visualization.
For each unique and irreversible matter transformation, corresponds a unique and irreversible archaeological trace in the blockchain.
